Description
Coast is hiring an Engineering Manager in New York City to lead a team of engineers focused on growing the number of fleets on the Coast platform. The role partners with Product and Design to ship fuel and fleet-spend user experiences and public APIs, provides hands-on technical leadership, coaches engineers, develops AI fluency across the team, and builds a high-performing engineering culture. The position is in-person with flexibility to work from home approximately one day per week and offers a salary of $230,000–$250,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
