Convex is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead teams responsible for its developer and agent-facing platform, including APIs, agent frameworks, integrations, and component systems. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical work, including architecture decisions, code review, technical direction, and product-quality tradeoffs. Candidates should have experience building developer-facing products or tools, growing engineering teams, working in fast-moving environments, and working in person in San Francisco. The position is full-time and offers more than $280,000 plus equity and benefits.
