Convex is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its infrastructure team, which owns the database, sync layer, branching, analytics, and other platform primitives. The role combines hands-on engineering work on architecture, code review, cloud infrastructure, reliability, and technical direction with team leadership, growth, and direct feedback. Candidates should have deep distributed-systems experience, a track record of growing engineering teams, strong systems judgment, and interest in working in person in San Francisco; Rust knowledge is a plus. The position is full-time and offers more than $280,000 plus equity and benefits.
