CoreWeave is hiring an Engineering Manager to build and lead a new team of infrastructure and systems engineers responsible for internal Kubernetes platforms and foundational infrastructure services. The role focuses on establishing reliable, scalable operating models, defining priorities and on-call practices, guiding architecture and automation, improving observability and incident response, resolving cross-team dependencies, and developing engineers. Candidates need at least six years of software, infrastructure, platform, SRE, or production engineering experience, including people leadership, along with experience managing production systems, Kubernetes, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and operational practices. The base salary is $182,000 to $242,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
