DAT is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Carrier Network Integrity team in Seattle. The role will shape the team’s roadmap, establish processes, make technical architecture decisions, manage performance and development, and recruit and hire engineers. Candidates need prior engineering or technical IC experience, at least 8 years of combined IC and management experience, and 3+ years in direct management. The position offers a hybrid work environment and a Washington-based salary range of $208,000 to $293,500 plus target bonus.
