DataCamp is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional full-stack product engineering team responsible for taking large, ambiguous projects from idea to impact. The role partners with Product and Design, drives delivery and technical roadmap decisions, leads architecture and software quality practices, and promotes AI fluency through agentic coding tools and LLM-powered services. Candidates should have at least seven years of full-stack software experience, three or more years leading engineering teams, and experience in fast-paced product teams; TypeScript, Node.js, and React experience is a plus.
