Candidates should have 2–3 years of people-management or technical-leadership experience and 5+ years building and shipping software, with strong architecture, stakeholder-management, and fast-paced product-delivery experience. The role offers a yearly salary of $192,000–$240,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
