DISHER is partnering with a food and beverage manufacturing company in Holland, Michigan to fill an Engineering Manager role. The position leads a manufacturing and controls engineering team, establishes engineering standards, oversees capital projects, improves manufacturing processes, manages contractors and suppliers, and provides technical oversight for plant automation systems. The role also supports capacity planning, facility expansion, regulatory compliance, and engineering budget management. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least seven years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience are required, along with leadership experience and capital project experience.
