Docplanner Group is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a Fintech team responsible for clinic payments, invoices, financial reports, health insurance integrations, and related domains. The role manages and develops team members, defines technical vision and strategy, ensures accountability for initiatives, and partners with Product and Staff Engineers. It reports to the Engineering Director, requires a strong technical background and experience modernizing legacy systems, and offers remote or hybrid work with offices in Curitiba and Rio de Janeiro.
