Description
Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their OREO (Observability Reliability Engineering Obsession) team within Platform Engineering. This role involves leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, driving the evolution of Doctolib's observability platform, and ensuring the reliability, debuggability, and scalability of services. The manager will focus on people leadership, technical strategy around logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting, and operational excellence, while also collaborating cross-functionally to align observability capabilities with product and platform needs.
