Description
The Engineering Manager will run an engineering team through early hypergrowth, set KPIs and performance cadence, partner on technical direction, lead compliance programs including SOC 2 Type 2 and PCI DSS, co-own incident response and on-call, and ship code across tooling, dashboards, capacity models, and on-call ergonomics. The role also requires recruiting top talent and developing individual engineers. Candidates should have led teams through early hypergrowth, scaled teams meaningfully, been strong individual contributors, and have experience with compliance programs and early-stage startups.
