Eidosmedia is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager to lead a software development team and report to the CTO. The role combines technical leadership with people management, including mentoring engineers, guiding technical decisions, overseeing engineering activities, improving software quality and development practices, supporting recruitment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need software development and team-leadership experience, strong software engineering knowledge, C++ and backend experience, and fluency in English. The position offers a hybrid work model and compensation of 60,000–80,000 per year.
