Eisen is hiring a People and Engineering Leader to grow and scale its engineering organization from 10 to 30 people. The role owns hiring, management, onboarding, process infrastructure, delivery execution, quality practices, technical direction, and team development while partnering with Product, Compliance, Security, Sales, and Operations. It is based in the New York City office and requires experience scaling engineering teams, architecting secure backend systems, and leading senior principal engineers in a regulated environment.
