The Engineering Manager – Communications will lead a 15-person backend and frontend engineering team building integrations between modern cloud APIs and legacy banking systems. The role combines hands-on software development, architecture guidance, code review, engineering standards, hiring, mentoring, and customer-focused delivery. It requires 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a hands-on leadership role, along with expertise in scalable architectures, microservices, observability, CI/CD, Golang, React, and JavaScript. The position is full-time and remote.
