Description
Fairmat is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and structure its Materials department, which covers R&D, testing, laboratory activities, and technology transfer. The role will manage approximately fifteen employees, develop and qualify eight new material grades annually, support the industrialization of laboratory solutions, oversee laboratory and HSE compliance, and align materials development with the company’s product and industrial strategy. The position reports to the CEO, is based in Paris, and is a permanent executive contract with health insurance coverage of 95% by Fairmat.
