FalconX is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Credit team to lead the core credit systems, including the margin notification engine and loan booking system. The role focuses on system reliability, architectural integrity, technical debt management, engineering process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and leading senior engineers through performance, hiring, retention, and career development. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of people-management experience, a strong backend engineering foundation with Python proficiency, and pragmatic decision-making skills; fintech or lending experience is preferred.
