Fellow is hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead and grow its recording platform team, which covers desktop and mobile recording, botless recording, real-time audio and video infrastructure, and third-party meeting integrations. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, reliability and observability improvements, AI coding-tool workflows, and hands-on production coding. Candidates need at least seven years of software engineering experience, two years managing software engineers, and experience with production-critical systems; the role is remote-first for candidates in Canada, with optional office space in Ottawa, Montreal, and Toronto.
