Flex-N-Gate is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop the engineering team and direct engineering projects, manufacturing problem resolution, new process launches, product design changes, equipment evaluation, engineering changes, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least eight years of manufacturing experience, three years of management experience, technical leadership, and proficiency with CAD, DFA, DFM, FMEA, DOE, FEA, and Microsoft products.
