Description
The Engineering Manager will lead and develop the engineering team, direct engineering projects, coordinate manufacturing problem resolution and new process launches, and ensure manufacturing capabilities, productivity, quality, and ISO/TS compliance. The role includes overseeing product design and engineering changes, managing equipment and vendor projects, maintaining engineering documentation, and driving continuous improvement. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least eight years of manufacturing experience, at least three years of management experience, and proficiency with CAD, design and analysis methods, Microsoft products, and project management.
