Flow Traders is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead people and delivery in its Product Development department. The role owns engineering roadmaps, hiring, performance management, team culture, risk and scope trade-offs, and delivery predictability, while partnering with technical leads and cross-functional Trading and Quant teams. Candidates need strong project management, software-engineering leadership, technical credibility, communication, and hiring skills, and must be based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.
