The role manages staff, coordinates training and technical onboarding, supports pre- and post-sales engineering, develops processes and demo systems, allocates resources, and helps resolve project issues. Candidates need 6–7 years of automation experience, a degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering, strong computer and communication skills, and a technical mindset.
