Description
Fora Travel is hiring two Engineering Managers to lead cross-functional engineering pods: one for the acquisition pod, responsible for Fora's public-facing web platform, growth surfaces, CMS, SEO, site performance, and advisor visibility; and one for the activation pod, responsible for advisor onboarding, subscriptions, contracts, commissions, permissions, and systems that convert sign-ups into active advisors. Both roles require at least four years of engineering management experience and eight years of software development experience, along with strong technical, project management, communication, recruiting, and leadership skills. The positions are based in Fora's New York City office and offer an indicative compensation range of $210,000 to $235,000 plus equity, health, dental, and vision insurance, along with other benefits.
