FORCE America is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and supervise engineers, specialists, and technicians while overseeing research, design, development, testing, production releases, engineering changes, documentation standards, manufacturing and quality procedures, project coordination, hiring, training, and IT tool implementation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and five years of engineering experience, with fluid power system design experience preferred, and is based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
