Futurex is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software and firmware engineers developing HSM and key management products. The role manages people performance, career development, attendance, sprint and project planning, delivery risks, hiring, onboarding, and escalation of resourcing or dependency issues, while maintaining technical fluency and partnering with senior engineers. Candidates should have at least three years managing software or firmware engineers, experience with agile or Scrum delivery, and familiarity with cryptography, PKI, HSMs, or payments and security; distributed-team experience and performance-improvement experience are also sought.
