Description
Glencore is hiring an Engineering Manager for Ulan Underground at Ulan Coal Mines in Mudgee, New South Wales. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role leads the site-based engineering team responsible for asset management, statutory engineering compliance, equipment performance and maintenance, budget outcomes, team development, mining methodologies, and continuous improvement. The position requires at least five years of underground coal mining experience, tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, and a practising certificate to exercise the statutory Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Manager function in NSW underground coal mines. The role is based in Mudgee and includes a regional allowance, relocation assistance, and other benefits.
