General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada is hiring an Engineering Manager for its International Air team to lead software and systems engineers, manage program execution, customer requirements, compliance, complex dependencies, and engineering trade-offs. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, significant experience with complex integrated systems, aircraft software, airworthiness, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance. The position offers CAD 130,000–165,000 per year, management incentives, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
