GetGo is hiring a permanent, hybrid Engineering Manager to lead and grow a multi-level full-stack engineering team across front-end, back-end, web, mobile, and QA practices. The role owns quarterly planning and resource allocation, drives scalable and secure cloud-native architecture, sets QA and test-automation standards, improves CI/CD and documentation practices, and manages delivery risks and stakeholder alignment. Candidates need at least 9 years of software development experience, including 4 years in leadership, along with full-stack, QA, Agile, and cloud-native expertise.
