Graphite is hiring an Engineering Manager to balance hands-on coding, team management, and strategic technical leadership. The role involves managing and growing engineering teams while contributing to codebases, reviewing code, architecting systems at scale, driving complex technical decisions, and supporting developer growth and best practices. The position is in-person in New York City and offers a $220,000–$250,000 base salary plus substantial equity, health, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, vacation, and relocation assistance.
