Description
The Engineering Manager leads a specialized product-line engineering team for an international food-processing-equipment OEM, overseeing legacy equipment improvements and new products, engineering staffing and development, project budgets and schedules, third-party contractors, manufacturing coordination, process improvements, and performance metrics. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience, machine-safety knowledge, and SolidWorks Mechanical or equivalent skills, with a Denver Tech Center base and two days per week remote after six months. Compensation begins at $135,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
