Description
Harvey is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Infrastructure Production Engineering organization. The role owns the reliability, scalability, security, efficiency, and cost of Harvey’s global compute and networking infrastructure, Kubernetes platform, Temporal workflow orchestration platform, and production operations. The manager will lead and mentor infrastructure engineers, define infrastructure strategy, partner with Product, Security, AI Infrastructure, and Platform teams, and drive automation, observability, incident response, and capacity planning. The position requires 7+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams, along with expertise in large-scale cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, distributed systems, Infrastructure-as-Code, and infrastructure security. Compensation is $260,000–$340,000 USD.
