The role leads engineering activities for ceramic core and part manufacturing, including yield and variation improvement, tool and standards management, engineering budgets, new product introduction, scrap reduction, cost and production improvement, customer coordination, and engineering staff development. The position requires a B.S. in Engineering, two years of leadership experience, seven years of senior engineering experience, and sound manufacturing knowledge; investment casting and metallurgical or process experience are preferred.
