Description
The Engineering Manager oversees client communication, cross-site coordination, production and technical execution, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement across multiple aerospace facilities. The role provides leadership guidance to site leads, supports project delivery and client satisfaction, and offers hands-on technical support. It includes design engineering responsibilities using CATIA V5 for aircraft fuselage and propulsion components, or stress engineering responsibilities involving static, fatigue, and dynamic analysis of metallic and composite structures. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or related engineering, at least five years of aerospace engineering experience, and travel to Wichita, Kansas; Kinston, North Carolina; and other locations as needed.
