Corilus is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one engineering squad of four to twelve engineers within a healthcare software product line. The role combines people leadership, delivery quality, operational reliability, risk management, sprint and retrospective facilitation, incident support, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have a software engineering background, experience coaching engineers, knowledge of software architecture and agile delivery, strong communication skills, and fluency in English; Dutch or French knowledge is a plus.
