Description
JOE & THE JUICE is hiring an Engineering Manager to coordinate large, cross-team delivery initiatives across its guest-facing platforms (App, Web, Delivery) and core operational systems (POS, List, WP2). The role supports sprint planning, release coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance while reporting to the Director of Engineering. Candidates should have engineering or program management experience, strong agile and stakeholder-management skills, technical depth, AWS experience, and ideally retail or omnichannel experience. The position is based in Copenhagen and includes health insurance, a paid pension plan, parental leave, and additional vacation.
