Juicebox is hiring its first Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team building products used by recruiting teams. The role combines people management, technical leadership, execution, architecture, hiring, and collaboration with product, design, and company leadership. The engineering stack includes Next.js, React, Node.js, OpenSearch, AWS, SQS, Spark, and LLMs. The position offers full-time employment with equity, comprehensive healthcare, wellness and commuting stipends, and daily meals.
