Jumbo is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead Team Handy, a five-person cross-functional engineering team working on the Jumbo Lottery platform. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with contributions to the codebase, solution design, architecture, code review, delivery planning, risk management, and engineering coaching. The position is based in Milton, Brisbane, and follows a hybrid model with three in-office days and two work-from-home days per week. The salary band is A$150,000 to A$185,000 plus superannuation.
