Description
KAYAK is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one or more agile engineering teams delivering software for its corporate travel technology. The role owns end-to-end delivery, technical roadmaps, engineering quality, hiring, performance management, coaching, cross-functional delivery, risk management, and architectural guidance. It requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in engineering leadership, along with strong distributed systems, API, backend, agile, and people-management experience. The position is based in Vilnius and requires working from the office at least three days per week.
