Kernel is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead, coach, and support a diverse engineering team across back-end, front-end, mobile, data, QA, and full-stack disciplines. The role focuses on people leadership, team development, performance support, hiring, delivery oversight, and creating a high-trust environment, while partnering with Product, Design, and senior engineering leaders. The manager does not need to be hands-on in code, but should have strong technology understanding, C#/.NET knowledge, agile experience, and at least seven years of people management experience.
