Description
Kikoff is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a focused group of infrastructure engineers while partnering with senior individual contributors and infrastructure leadership. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical work across observability, developer productivity, compute, networking, storage, and data infrastructure, including architecture decisions, incident response, hiring, coaching, technical direction, and building self-service platforms. The position requires at least 8 years of engineering experience and 2 years managing engineers, or an equivalent record of technical leadership and people development.
