The role combines player-coach technical leadership with hands-on production coding, architectural direction, roadmap delivery, observability and reliability practices, and engineering hiring. Candidates need at least eight years of software development experience, distributed-systems and monolith-decomposition experience, API-first and schema-first workflows, and full-stack development expertise.
