Description
Kira is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for significant product and platform capabilities in its education technology company. The role combines people management with deep technical leadership, including system design, code review, debugging, performance and reliability, incident response, and coaching engineers. The manager will partner with Product, Design, QA, and engineering leaders, work across distributed US and APAC teams, and maintain hands-on engineering judgment. The position is based in San Francisco or New York City, with office work four days per week and Wednesdays WFH.
