Kooth is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager to lead up to eight remote engineers and manage people, engineering, delivery, strategy, and technical culture. The role covers hiring, coaching, mentoring, architecture, reliability, observability, developer experience, continuous integration, data and machine learning tooling, infrastructure cost management, agile practices, and cross-functional delivery. Candidates must have experience managing healthy full-stack engineering teams in remote environments and be fluent in modern software development and quality and reliability practices. The position is remote and UK-based, with compensation of up to £110,000 and benefits including annual leave, professional development, health and wellbeing support, life assurance, and flexible working.
