Payward is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional Consumer pod focused on building and scaling core Krak experiences. The role manages frontend and backend engineers working on React Native and Rust, owns end-to-end UX for mobile and client platforms, partners with Product and Design, and drives engineering quality, architecture, delivery, and team growth. The position requires experience leading customer-facing engineering teams, managing combined frontend and backend teams, and building large-scale consumer or financial products.
