LawnStarter is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional delivery teams of 4–5 engineers in a fully remote, contractor role. The manager will focus on people development, predictable delivery, team health, cross-functional coordination, technical direction, and driving AI adoption across the team. The role emphasizes remote-native leadership, direct conflict management, data-driven performance management, and enough technical credibility to stay close to architecture and debugging without becoming a bottleneck.
