LawnStarter is hiring a fully remote Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional delivery teams of 4–5 engineers. The people-first manager will own team delivery, professional development, team health, cross-functional coordination, technical direction, and adoption of AI-enabled engineering workflows. The role requires prior experience managing fully remote distributed teams, developing engineers, handling performance and conflict directly, using delivery and people metrics, and maintaining technical credibility. It is a contractor position paying $120,000–$140,000 USD annually.
