Description
Linergy is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, manage projects, budgets, resources, and customer-facing engineering activities, and provide technical leadership and mentorship. The role requires a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering or equivalent, professional engineering licensure, and 7–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience including 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. The position also requires knowledge of GD&T, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, machining, manufacturing processes, automation, financial accounting, and SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
