Description
Lunar is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead two squads of senior engineers on its Platform Engineering team in Aarhus. The role owns platform outcomes such as reliability, productivity, quality, and adoption; drives the company’s shift toward AI-native development; supports the builder-productivity platform; and partners with Product and other teams. Candidates should have 3–4 years of engineering leadership experience, platform engineering and infrastructure expertise, hands-on experience with agentic coding tools, and a product-oriented approach. The position offers four days in the office, pension, health insurance, and enhanced parental leave.
