Description
The role manages hotel engineering and maintenance operations, including physical plant, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, grounds, safety, security, asset protection, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, energy conservation, capital projects, contractor oversight, and facility inspections. It also supports emergency response, guest-service improvements, and the selection and inventory management of equipment and supplies. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED with three years of relevant experience, or a two-year degree with one year of experience, plus technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing.
