Description
Mastercool is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional engineering team and oversee product support, supplier collaboration, assembly-process improvement, CAD-based technical design, innovation, compliance, and coordination with production, management, and worldwide suppliers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, at least five years of engineering experience including two years in leadership, CAD experience, and manufacturing experience. The position offers a salary of $130,000 to $160,000 per year, along with health and dental insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and profit sharing.
