MEDvidi is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead an engineering track in its AI-powered mental healthcare platform. The role focuses on empowering engineers, driving technical and organizational initiatives, managing track-level ceremonies, collaborating with Product Managers, developing a culture of ownership, and hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and growing engineers. It requires at least three years of engineering-team management experience in a product company, familiarity with onboarding and growth frameworks, strong decision-making and communication skills, and advanced English and fluent Russian.
